As networked professionals we have lots of experience to draw from.
Personally, I was an advertising agency art director by trade working in Dallas, Chicago and Austin. I understand strategy. I have experience in digital media, but I also know production both traditional and online.
From 2017-2020, I focused my efforts on the nonprofit Mustang Heritage Foundation (MHF), functioning as Director of Marketing. I was responsible for the planning and execution of a multi-media campaign, including event marketing, paid media campaigns and all graphic execution/production. Through my work, MHF achieved record-breaking year-over-year success via mustang adoption events and programs across the country.
I was once the Executive Creative Director of DigiTango a subsidiary of Charlie Uniform Tango, a broadcast commercial editorial house, where I introduced online production to the company’s editorial and production capabilities. My digital capabilities range from design to digital strategy and have the ability to integrate traditional and online marketing worlds.
Prior to that I was the Executive Creative Director at nFusion, an integrated marketing agency in Austin. Over seven years I helped the agency grow from zero to over 10 million in annual revenue helping the agency to be named Austin’s fastest growing company and listed 83rd on the Inc. 500 list of the nation’s fastest growing companies. While at nFusion, I lead the creative group to winning national and regional awards for integrated and online creative work from advertising to web design for Anheuser-Busch, Toshiba, 20th Century Fox, Nortel, Wilshire Homes, Comerica Bank and NEC Display Solutions.
I have worked at national advertising agencies on clients such as JCPenney, American Airlines, Frito-Lay, Pepsi, Coors Beer, GTE, NationsBank and Long John Silver’s. I have also enjoyed the prestige of being a Clio award winner, listed in “Who’s Who in Advertising”, nominated to Adweek Magazine’s Creative All-Star Team as National Television Art Director of the Year and being the recipient of numerous national ADDYs and best of show awards.
With 30+ years in the business, I have extensive and broad experience ranging from creating and managing all aspects of national, award winning campaigns to developing aggressive retail programs designed to drive immediate sales. I have worked at national agencies such as The Richards Group, Tracy-Locke, BJK&E, Foote, Cone & Belding, NW Ayer and Temerlin McClain and created and executed work in all mediums — from broadcast, to print, direct marketing and interactive marketing.
I am a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in advertising.
